MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL / HVAC INSTALLATIONS
We specialise in complete Mechanical Electrical Installations and solutions for all areas such as commercial office fit outs and refurbishments, stair pressurisation / smoke exhaust systems and residential apartment complex construction. Installation of all cabling, cable tray, cable supports / enclosures and equipment as well as switchboard design, manufacture and installation. Submission of all documentation including SWMS, regular ITPs for constant communication of project progression and all certification and commissioning documentation on completion of every project. Assistance with design solutions where required on complex or unique projects.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS (BMCS)
Installation of cabling and equipment for all types of BMCS projects, from complete plantrooms to commercial office fit outs. Installation of BMCS control panels with the option to have these manufactured in house. Completion and documentation of all point-to-point testing to reduce time and fault finding during the commissioning process. Assistance in commissioning of all projects on completion of installation.
SWITCHBOARD DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
All switchboard design and manufacture is in house, allowing every switchboard to be tailored to the individual project requirements. In house CAD design to assist in managing those last-minute changes that come up on projects. Every switchboard design and build is tested vigorously to ensure they meet all quality and compliance standards.
